As it is unlikely that your PS5 will write that much and notice the differences you could safe a few bucks and buy the PM9A1.
For the version numbers above they might be region related and with Samsung (at least in the past) you might not get the warranty if it is from the wrong region.
I know, I own a 2TB PM9A1 myself.
But the model numbers are not about that drive. That's the point.
