lol you can use rumrunner to get S-OFF like I have on my HTC One M7, you can also use this for the M7.

I thought there was an exploit that needed to be found because of a new hboot or something? The firewater site seems to say this should work with m7 (fingers crossed). But I don't have time...

the hboot problem was with revone. No one uses that method since it's outdated. Rumrunner and this are your best bet.
