Wake on Lan fom Cellular/on the go

Hi, i have wake on lan enabled on my pc, but i can only use it when connected to the same internet. Is there any way to send the packet from another network or even cellular?

You can rent a VPS, run a VPN server there, connect your router to your VPN and as long as your firewall and vpn configuration is done properly you can send WOL commands locally from either your router (Assuming your router is capable of sending WoL commands) or from your phone through VPN.
