How many fps should a Ryzen 5 2600 and a RTX 2060 do?

In what game? At what resolution?

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

The card should be capable of displaying a few thousand fps maximum when loaded with a task that allows for it. As for a monitor I think you'd typically see only about 240 actual fps IRL regardless of indicated fps (on a 240hz monitor)

when you play destiny, is your CPU and GPU running at 100% ?

What is your RAM usage during idle and during gaming?
what are the temps on your CPU on idle and during gaming?

Do you have a lot of other applications running in the background?

75-80c is hot for that GPU. Can you describe the fan layout of your case?

That info helps, all the temperatures and usages look perfectly normal to me.

Is Destiny the only game where you find this issue or is it in other games?
