Wraith Prism if it comes with your CPU, keep looking at temperatures, and if they're higher than you would like, get the Hyper 212. If you bought a CPU that doesn't have a cooler (used or doesn't come with it), just get the 212

I will get the wraith prism off ebay brand new. They both look beautiful but im indecisive and new to pc building so I barely know anything.

What CPU are you running? The Wraith isn't a high performance cooler, it just gets the job done. If you don't have a cooler, your CPU might overwhelm the Wraith. The Hyper 212 is a much better cooler, and if you're going to buy it, it's worth the extra cost.

Honestly, unless you are going to do some heavy overclocking, the stock cooler is a great value. I have a 2600x with the spire stock cooler and it sits pretty happy in the 60ish range under moderate load. And you can get them for less than $20... The only time it gets really toasty is video transcoding at 3.95 all core which is like balls to the wall for that chip.

The Wraith will do the job for that CPU, but I would still recommend just buying the Hyper 212. It's basically the same price on eBay, so might as well get the better cooler overall. Besides, the mounting mechanism for the Wraith is a lot harder to use (it's what cause me to bend a couple pins on my 2700X when I upgraded the cooler), and the Hyper 212 V2 (a few dollars more but IMO worth it for a new builder) is super easy to install

Yes, the wraith Prism if you can find one, generally about 30-35, uses standard AM4 clip mounting, available in RGB, and will cool that chip more than enough. I don't want you to overpay for something that is unnecessary for your system. The included AMD coolers are phenomenally better than the cheap Intel stock coolers. If you want a dual tower, the Hyper 212 is a great choice.
