Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Editing 4k videos ,programming, playing games like Minecraft and cs go at medium 1440p 144hz or lower

I am looking forward to build a pc and i even did a pc part picker list  and i am not sure where to degrade or upgrade

32 gb ram - cos with my last pc the system crashes when i open a lot of tabs

I'd suggest a 3060 for those games and power for video editing.

For the things op will do I don't think those cards are necessary.

You could downgrade but that's really up to you. It wont affect performance but x570 boards typically have more high end features.

Ok i will see if i get an  rtx 3080/3060 at a nice price i will buy it

B550 boards are more than capable enough. In fact, the VRM on B550 from most manufacturers are way improved over equivalent B450 boards. 

 

Get B550, unless you need the extra pci-e lanes on X570 (but you dont).

Correct, for minecraft and CSGo, a 3060 is more than enough, or an RX 6600XT, or even lower, get a used RTX2060, save your money.
