Ryzen 7 1800x cant feed a gtx 1060

So I just got an x370 carbon with a r7 1800x

And i got 40 to50 fps... With my old setup (8600K + z390 mortar) I used to get 100 fps and more, my 1060 was always at %100 usage

Now the 1800x barely has usage around %15, and the 1060 has half the performance (%50-60 usage)

What should I do?? Return the CPU and the mobo to its owner or this is normal? I tought this could be an upgrade

What I did :

clocked ram speeds

reinstalled windows

changed all power usage to max performance

EDIT: I did this test in GTA 5

Return it and research next time. The 1800x is a 3 year older chip.
