My graphics card is flashing red with CPU written next to it

The system powers up but it doesn't display on my monitor, yes i connected it to the graphics card. Help  😕

Make sure the GPU is fully seated in the PCIe slot and the power connectors to it are secure to the power supply (if it's a modular PSU check both sides of the cable).

 

It could also be CPU fan not plugged properly or not plugged at all.
