USB ports no longer working (except for one of them)

Hi all,

 

Currently all of the USB ports on this PC are no longer working except for one of them.

Here is a video I recorded demonstrating this:

 

 

I've performed every type of update to the PC that I could think of (chipset, drivers, BIOS, etc...) but to no avail.

It's very likely the motherboard itself is damaged in some way but I would like to make sure I have covered all my options first.
