Hey guys 1st time posting. I just built my rig about 3 weeks ago. I’ll post the specs when I get off work. But last night I took this picture and was wondering if these were good stats while gaming. I was running 1440p on max settings and averaged 68FPS.

thanks in advance

You've hit 95c at some point on your Ryzen 5 5600X

At that point you are definitely not getting full boost potential out of your CPU and even worse, you are thermal throttling...

You should fix that, steps:
1) If you are using Wraith Stealth (stock cooler), throw that thing in the trash where it belongs. Buy a proper tower cooler.
2) Make sure the CPU cooler is mounted properly (good mounting pressure, if you aren't using the pre-applied paste then also make sure you are using a good paste and that you have applied it properly).

3) Check the airflow of your case. Don't have any case fans, get some. Or already have case fans, make sure they aren't fighting each other.

ummm buddy im pretty sure this just tells you that this is the max temp for cpu. mine never reached 90 and it says limit 90 (r7 5800x) so i dont think he should worry

My bad, you are correct. My original post edited to avoid confusing the OP.

It is hard to tell from a random game.

The way I do it is see if I am in close to average on the Time Spy graph.

This is what it looks like.

This score is close enough to average so it is fine considering most people overclock their CPUs and GPUs to run the bench.

If there was a big gap between my score and average then I would be worried.

The model is an ASUS ROG Strix CO 3080.

https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/63945593?

The average on the 3080 is unusually high.

The i9 9900k stock with a EVGA FTW3 Ultra 2080 ti scored well above average so I think the 3080 is beyond the stock i9 9900k.

I have not pushed the card yet since the i9 is not one of my gaming rigs but at some point I will put it on a bench and see what it will do.

Here it is with a proper overclock.

you can check here, anything "midrange" should be ok.

Personally id get a bequiet pure power 500w, i have only good experience with this one, and it doesn't cost too much (60-70 euros Im guessing)
