my pc keeps randomly bsod-ing all the time and i don't know why

Try reseating the boot drive- it might be making a bad connection or something like that, my brother's PC failed to see the bootdrive after power loss and a reseat did the trick.

idk what really is going on but i've attached the logs that i think are relevent on her so ye. also for whatever reason my network adapter never works at first until like 20s later where it suddendly gets an IP

Try disabling fast boot. Have you ran a system file check by running "sfc /scannow"?

oh i forgot to mention i already reinstalled the entire windows, last time i checked fastboot is disabled. is there a setting in windows layer for this too?

well it hasn't crashed yet so i think that may have been it.
