Specs are overall really nice for the money but things can improved for the same price pretty much.

What are you going to do on it? Your usecase needs to be a bit more specified and give a couple examples of software and games used.

Now lets get started

The case is BAD. Just straight up no airflow basically which is not good to have. Go for a mesh front case. The silverstone fara r1 is an option at this price but does need a couple extra fans. Good thing arctic p series fans are cheap and very good (and silent).

The board is very low end the msi b550 a pro or pro vdh are as low as I would go.

The crucial p1 or p2 are better drives for the same money that or get a sata mx500 cheap and for normal usecases like gaming and work nothing more is needed.

Cooler is ok but not the best for the money and also overkill for a 5600x.

Also why the 32gb of ram? Normally 16gb is plenty good?

Gpu and psu are a GREAT deal here and good price on the cpu too.

Use case is compiling large (2gb+ of code over about 50k files) C++ and C# projects (takes around 15 minutes on my AMD 3500U laptop on a wd-blue nvme), would be happier if i could bring that time down as it is a bottle neck right now having to wait for builds. I also run a linux VM with several docker images to run neo4j and test versions of the software i am building).

Games are stuff as low as rocket league, but as high as assassins creed or cyberpunk (when its less buggy).

32gb of ram is because of the HUGE build pipeline, even with 16gb in my laptop, i run into swapping issues all the time.

How about CoolerMaster MasterLiquid ML240L V2 (https://www.scan.co.uk/products/cooler-master-masterliquid-ml240l-v2-rgb-240mm-all-in-one-hydro-cpu-cooler-2x120mm-pwm-fan-rgb-leds) for the cooler?

Why don't you just get a high capacity HDD for general storage? It should be fine for files and a back-up game drive. Alternatively you could look at getting a NVME with a dram cache, which should help with the longevity of the SSD. Something like the WD SN750 or ADATA XPG SX8200pro are good options. If you really want to go all out gen 4 NVME, but there isn't any real world difference between gen 3 and 4. I wouldn't recommend gen 4 yet.

I don't think you really need an AIO for a 5600X, but if you like the aesthetic, go for it!

This motherboard should be good enough for the 5600X. If you're will to spend a little more, I would go with Gigabyte B550M AORUS PRO-P or Gigabyte B550M AORUS PRO. Both have a better power delivery system and has more heatsinks for the VRM. The only difference between the 2 is that the Pro has a better audio chipset.

For cyberpunk, you might need all the computer XD. Honestly, I'm not too sure how long 6 cores will hold up in the next 3-5 years, so you might want to consider 8 cores. Since consoles have a 8 core AMD processor in them, I wouldn't be too shock if future games will start using more cores. Although, if you don't really plan to play a lot of AAA games coming out in the future, you might be fine with 6-cores.

In a pure gaming sense, 5600X is actually going to be better than a 3700X. However, if you plan to have other programs running in the background, you it might be better to go with the 3700X. In single application usage, 5600X is better. I think even with the 2 core disadvantage it might preform better in the future. I was mainly thinking about the 5800X or 10700/11700.
