SSD Spikes to 100% Sudden Freeze for 5-7 Seconds

Hey guys! I am getting spikes of my SSD for 5-7 seconds where it maxes out it's utilization. My PC freezes during this time and I have no reason why. I noticed another time, from one of my other posts, that my GPU voltage also increased, however that hasn't happened again.

Do any of you guys have any idea what's happening to my system? I installed some chrome extension to download vimeo videos, but they have been promptly removed since then. Please help!

In the processes tab of task manager, what is spiking the drive?

I am unable to find out. The computer freezes, and goes back to normal after. I just see it on the performance graphs

I looked while it was capped. There are no applications driving it to 100%. In fact, on the application screen it says 20%. When on the performance tab, however it is maxed. I also noticed a max of my hard drive before the freeze. When the hard drive stopped maxing out, the ssd maxed.

I would system restore

search system restore in windows search hit enter, and click system restore. Follow the prompts. Restore to a point before the freezing started happening. None of your apps will be deleted
