gpu and cpu fans are spinning, but the case fans aren't. on the ez debug led, the boot one is lighting up. and yes, dp and HDMI cables are plugged into the gpu.

I've tried resetting the cmos and capacitor discharge.

the boot led even lights up, when I have no storage devices connected. any tips?

Give it some time (up to 20 minutes) first boot could potentially take quite a while.

alright I'm just gonna let it run now, however I don't think it's gonna post with an ez debug error

Confirming my theory that one user will make random different accounts to ask the same question over and over 😉

Your video cable is plugged into the GPU and not motherboard?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

try testing one ram stick at a time and in different ram slots. It's possible one of sticks/slots are functioning but are unreliable.
