Need help bypassing VOIP restrictions

I live in Dubai, and my ISP (Etisalat) blocks VOIP services, which means I can't use the discord app for voice calls. I don't want to switch to discord's browser version for calls, and VPN's won't work for me since I play multiplayer games with my friends so using a VPN is not ideal. I have a windows server in germany (I can install linux on it if I have to) if that helps at all. Thanks in advance! :D

Unfortunately, we cannot help you bypass restrictions as it fall sunder the Hacking/Cracking/Piracy clause in our Community Standards.
