I was just reading a product warranty and this is what I found:

I'm guessing all warranties have this to prevent people from blaming their defective product on 'acts of God'

lol I just thought I would share, cracks me up xD

It doesn't actually mean God or god(s).

It just means events out of human control.

 

Such as a natural disaster, power outage, etc.

It doesn't actually mean God or god(s).

It just means events out of human control.

 

Such as a natural disaster, power outage, etc.

It just means that even if technically you did not cause the failure of the product,that if something happened that was out of your control, but not caused due to the product itself being defective,that they are not responsible.

It is very common for insurance policys to have clauses like this as well.
