Youtube Main vs High (Profile)

Hey guys what is your opinion between this 2 encoding settings i have heard that high is better quality but a lot of older stuff cant run is it true ?

 

I have been getting a few more views on my channel lately but i want to go for more quality do you guys recommend going to high profile or to stick with main ?

Youtube handles the higher ones fine, its mainly for older phone compatibility, which doesn't concern you and your channel.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
