The 280X is the best performer of those three by far although power hungry.

 

The 560 ti and 6870 are out of driver support and the 280X is about to be. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

What are your other specs?

school work and light gaming(valorant, csgo, perhaps apex) i got a old psu for free (this) im probly going to upgrade it so it doesnt explode. im going  to get a r5 2600, 16 gb ram, ssd, b450 mobo

Upgrading the psu is the right choice but you were actually given a AT THE TIME decent psu. Nowdays it's not great but it will work with any of the gpu's here.

 

However for the games you want to play you will NEED the r9 280x. Apex WILL NOT WORK on the other cards.

i see, do the drivers not work on apex or is it just to low for a gpu?
