Best 4.0 NVMe to buy?

Which one is the overall best?

 

Speeds seem to be within margin of error. But I was wondering of other aspects and experiences.

 

Tried to look at reviews but nothing conclusive.

Main PC:

CPU: Intel Core i9 13900KS SP 116 (124P-102E) (6.1Ghz P-Cores 4.8Ghz E-cores) MC SP 88

CPU Voltage: LLC8 1.525V (real voltage 1.425V + - Temps 85-90 P-Cores, 70-73 E-cores)

Cooled by: Supercool Direct Die 14th gen full nickel

Motherboard: Z790 ASUS Maximus Apex Encore

RAM: GSkill TridentZ 2x24GB DDR5 8600Mhz CL38 (OC from 8000Mhz CL40)

GPU: RTX MSI 4090 Suprim X with EKWB waterblock

Case: My own case fabricated out of aluminium and wood

I can't say it is best but I took the easy option and dropped a 2TB 980 Pro into my latest gaming build. Insane read sequential speeds, rest of specs aren't slacking either. Doubt the difference between it and others in the similar ball park would make a noticeable difference. Stuck with Samsung as a known quantity.

The Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus and the WD Black SN850 score better than the 980 Pro, and are usually cheaper at that. The WD is technically the best you can get. However, they all are within margins of each other, so any of them are fine.

Me I would just save a few hundred bucks and just get a PCIE gen3 NVME drive.

I can get it if you feel it will make things faster but if you are getting this solely for game loading times you are barking up the wrong tree.

From an end users perspective PCIE gen 4 drives really don't matter much and from a cost perspective its really not worth it especially in today's market.

Why you need fastest NVME drive?

What will you do with it?

For us average users,of which 90 % we are,you will never need an nvme.

Except if the OP is hardcore renderer, but I doubt it.

 

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with,and even if you think I'm rude or not polite,forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.
