Is this a decent build?

Budget (including currency): I say 1.2k usd

Country: United states

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Really just games like Minecraft, rust and a couple other like that.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc)

The 212 Evo is obsolete. CM has the 212 Black now, and there are a lot of other 120mm coolers that are just as good. You don't even really need to buy a third party cooler for a 3600 to play Minecraft.

There is no benefit to a Gen4 NVMe SSD just for gaming. You can save yourself some money there.

I cannot in good conscience condone paying 3-4 times the original MSRP for a 1050 ti 5 years after it came out.

If you just want to play Minecraft and similarly low-intensity games get a 3400G APU and add a GPU when prices come down.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Or a 11400 system. Will work fine too.

We can't make recommendations based on info you don't give us.

If you're doing anything but intensive video editing, maybe machine learning, there will be no benefit to Gen4. Gaming, web-browsing, everyday productivity, you may as well buy Gen3.
