Razer Blade 15 freaking out whenever I leave it for a while

Hello Everyone, firstly sorry if this is not the correct place to post this question but i was wondering if anyone has seen this problem before and can help identify it.

Whenever i leave my laptop open for like 20 mins without touching it all of the applications start to look like this ....
20210620_195855.thumb.jpg.e9b5d8a9115bbea8bd8ea7137b0a1d47.jpg20210620_195909.thumb.jpg.7fe0ccb42216ebeade79323d143cec0d.jpg

I just have to Restart the apps to fix it or my Laptop if it happens often enough.

my guess is its a problem with the RAM but I'm not sure.

Any ideas what the problem could be ?

Thank you for reading hope you have a good day

I would guess it's the graphics card but I'm not an expert. Do you have a dedicated graphics card or only an igpu in your laptop?

From reading other threads here, people say it's usually the vram that causes these kinds of artifacts. Maybe someone who knows more will chime in. Hope you get it sorted out!
