I need help, played with bios and now there’s no display on the monitors

Hi, I change a few setting in my bios. I think I change my fan to smart fans and from dc to the another setting. I also turned oc on but when I saved it and it restart my pc there was no display don’t know what wrong but I think that I need to set my bios to default settings but don’t know how. Please help this we save my from a heart attack

Open the case and remove this coin cell battery and turn on the computer and it will boot then turn it off and reinsert the battery.

Reset your BIOS, all good usually. 

 

(if your motherboard has a reset button, press that. Otherwise take out the small battery.)
