Do you need a ton of ram and a ton of cores?

Then i might have something for you

https://m.aliexpress.com/item/32926011331.html x2 = 32c 64t for 290$

https://m.aliexpress.com/item/1005002594289989.html the dual socket board needed 116$

https://m.aliexpress.com/item/33002249520.html 16gb 2400mhz ddr4 ecc 72$, x4 = 64gb 288$

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=tesla+k10 tesla k10 compute gpus, no video output, going for around 150$, you may want to get 2 of these but that will problably go over your budget, youll also need to make some sort of diy cooling cause these cards have passthrough air cooling due to them being used in servers

https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-500GB-NAND-Internal-3400MB/dp/B087QTMXS7/ 500gb isnt much but you can add extra storage if your budget allows it

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=hd+6350&_trksid=p2380057.m4084.l1313 hd 6350 dx11 cause stupid gt 1030 is at 100$, if youve used the 2 pcie slots in the future then you can add more using these https://www.ebay.com/itm/384035187844 https://www.ebay.com/itm/292528705269

https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-100-GD-0600-V1-Warranty-Power-Supply/dp/B07W5WZCTR/ 600w sounds weak for a dual socket system but these xeons can only draw their max tdp which is around 115-130w and that k10 draws 250w so it should be enough

https://aliexpress.com/item/4001048943147.html cpu cooler for the cpus, 17 x 2 = 34$

For the case just use the motherboard box cause eatx cases are pretty expensive, did that with my testbench and it works just fine.

With this combo it seems like theres 200$ leftover so maybe add an extra gpu or spend it on a case

Yes it is unconventional and weird but thats usually where you find the maximum value at

If you notice anything missing then mention me please

(Done you can reply now)

Edit : dual socket board link broken, copy the link, paste, and add ml to the end
