Monitor not receiving signals, New GPU installed

I recently installed a Rtx 3060 in my old computer but my monitor is not receiving any signal. At first when I installed it everything was working fine but ever since this morning my monitor is not receiving any signal. I did receive the signal of "Power surge detected" yesterday before the PC started working normally but since this morning I have no display. The PC runs normal though, just no display!

 

Is it issue with my PSU? I am using cooler master v1000 80 plus gold. Also I have noticed that only One out of two fans are running on my corsair h100i.
