Which Raspberry Pi model do you suggest?

I am a high school student. My Windows PC is dead and my budget is too low.  I will use 22" 1080p monitor. I will use computer for:

• Watching 1080p videos on YouTube
• LibreOffice stuff
• Study to my lessons.
• Zoom Lessons

Which model do you suggest?

Either model 4 or 400

it'll be cheaper than a pi and it's necessities, and better at being a computer than a pi.

Yeah, a Raspberry Pi (even a Pi 4) isn't what I would recommend here. You'd be far better off with an older corporate desktop - they're often sold very cheap after they're retired from use, and they can still run very well.

Sadly, a pi (capable of that) is more than the cost of a used tower or refurbished PC stick/microtower.

What you want it to do means pi 4 wifi 4gb plus ram, pi 4 compute module with dock, or pi 400. Just the board you need is ~$90 before case, heatsink (PIs need these, trust me), and setup time/ head bashing against wall periods.
