Why won't both sticks of RAM Light up?

Hey guys I was wondering IF any of you know why only one stick of Ram is lit up. Its G Skill Trident Z 3600 16GB Ram and I'm using the Razer Synapse software and the Razer ARGB controller to control my setups RGB. I've had both light up before and both sticks are showing up. Is there anyway I can fix this?

I had to reseat the sticks to get both glowing again.

Dang I already reseated my sticks a couple days ago, turned on my pc today and it was back to being luck this. Sucks because when it works, it looks fantastic.

Reinstalling changed nothing. Probably just have to reseat again
