PS Remote Play Can't Connect to PlayStation

I already enabled remote play on my PlayStation. I can't connect my PS4 and PS5 using the "PS Remote Play" on my PC and iPhone. I already tried turning on and off UPnP on my router. I also tried to disable Windows Firewall and I am using wired internet on both the PlayStation and PC.

Is anyone experiencing the same issue? Any troubleshooting steps I could try?
