Can not delete program

I was recently given TWO computers for free from my local school, but it has a program which has a bunch of useless software, like Testing apps and such. and i can't right click to delete it.  It is called Zenworks Agent, and it is clogging up space.  Recycle bin doesn't work either, it just reappears.

Make a Win10 boot USB, and wipe the box.  Don't try to fix it.

Just reinstall, as the first comment said

Use Programs and Features panel (Win+R > appwiz.cpl) to uninstall it. It probably has some special driver.

there's a good possibility a school computer was locked down so software can't be uninstalled.  There's a very good chance this won't work, based on what he's said.

 

The real fix is to wipe the computer and reinstall.

I am at least able to open the appwiz, but every time i try to uninstall something it has to restart the computer

yes.

but you will need the key later if you want to activate windows.

Yeah i was probably gonna buy a cheap(er) key on ebay, most are saying they work

just if you buy OEM key you can only activate windows if you reinstall it

that  wouldnt work, it says i need to activiate windows, due to that this is education edition, and it needs to connect to the schools internet/server to verify the licence
