Sinewave UPS Concern

I swear every now and then I'm hearing a small plastic shifting noise coming from my Cyberpower sinewave 1500PFCLCD

But the screen does not turn on, which it would do to indicate its on battery power.

 

Started happening when I replaced my old 750w/9700k/1080gtx system with my new 850w/5950x/3080ftw3 computer

Could I be over-taxing the actual outlets?

 

I realize this isn't a PSU but its close, there's no other forum spot for this type of thing, but its very relevant to gaming pc's

Edit: it's also nearing it's 6th birthday, bought it in 2016

Max settings cyberpunk 2077 it only gets to 653watts on the cyberpower ups screen

This UPS has been through hundreds of outages including those outages where the power goes on and off 10 times in 1 minute.

 

I mean unless it's the monitor arm creaking but only after i turn off the pc and go to the other side of the room to watch tv, freaky.

If its not to loud it could be an old HDD, i have one that every half an hour or more makes a little sound while working normally. Pretty weird indeed.
Hard to find out tho, with not being there and seeing what options it could be.
Maybe next time put something under your monitors to support it, so they cannot sag and the weight is of the arms. Thats how you can know if its that.

 

Its more finding out what doesnt make the sound then actually finding it, cus then you'd have to be very lucky. 🙂
