A program to select outputs per program?

So I like having my music coming out of my stereo and my game/chat in my headset.

Since I practically have 3 audio devices, is there a program or something to set specific programs to use specific outputs? Not everything lets you choose which output you want to use.

Old shit no one cares about but me.

on linux, yes, pulseaudio (I bypass it with deadbeef when I care about what I'm listening to)

for windows, unfortunately I haven't seen anything

Will work for electronic components and parts

http://dangerousprototypes.com/2013/05/04/free-virtual-audio-cable-alternative/ ? From Google, use at your own risk, lemme know if it's good if you do try it. :)

That doesn't seem to be what I want.

hmm, that sucks, you'd think that there would be something like that. I guess not everyone is trying to split their audio output.

Cant you use foobar2000 and select the output you want for your music? Then set the default one to your headset so the game uses it
