I was wondering since I am build my own computer would I need a wireless network adapter or how would i go on the web is all I need to do is download the lan driver for the motherboard please help.?

But i am not going to be plugging my pc into the ethernet

I am connecting by WIFI

But I already have wifi setup for my house

If you can't use the built-in ethernet, use another computer to download the files you need, put them on a flash drive, and then do it like that. :D

To use wireless you will need an adaptor, assuming your motherboard doesn't have built in wi-fi.

 

To get on the internet the adaptor should come with a CD with the drivers on it. If you don't have a cd drive you can simply copy the driver to a usb on another computer.
