the chair i am currently using is this... https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NXXBRMQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
i am a big guy and need a big guy chair. my main problem with chairs is the width. i have big legs and normal chairs dig into my thighs, but this chair fits my legs wonderfully. my problems with this chair is the back rest. its angled at like 70° and it makes it very uncomfortable. im starting a new work at home job and need something better for support. i dont plan on buying a new chair for a month or 2, so price really isnt a problem, tho id really like to keep it as cheap as possible, but could do like 1500$.

requirements, wide load (lol), at least 400lbs support, comfy to sit in for 8-10+ hours a day.

thank you all so much

With a budget like that, I can't see a reason to not get a Herman Miller.

Don't cheap out on something you're spending that much of your day in. Doesn't make sense.

Also, it might be slightly uncomfortable if you have bad posture. That corrects itself over time as you correct your bad habits.

They have different sizes. Just get the biggest one.

Lose some weight then 😉
Haha, jokes aside, the chair builder in the link goes through weight and height to give you the chairs that will support you.

There's a little more to it than that.

if anyone happens to care, i talked to a design consultant and they asked way more questions than the small questionnaire they have. he suggested the embody gaming chair. which looks like a much better fit than the ones they showed me. long story short. if you are spending the money, go ask the people that know the industry and not LTT forums lol jk love you guys and gals!!!
