21% Health in a SSD for StoreMI

Should i be worried?

 

Since i use this drive for StoreMI Cache i really don't want it to fail in the near future since that would mean losing everything in my boot drive.

I already use a second (healthy) drive to save everything important that i don't want to lose but reinstalling Windows and everything else in C: in like 2 months would not be fun at all.

100TB of writes on a 120G drive. Yeah I would not expect that drive to last long.

100TB of NAND writes on an A400? Considering the 120GB version has a write cycle of only 40TB, I'm surprised it's still alive

Well get a 240 gig SSD and clone the contents of the 120 to it if it is possible with StoreMI.

 

20% will last you a while but not forever. How long depends on how much data is written.

Yea, i think i will buy a better ssd asap, maybe getting one big enough to not use any weird trick like StoreMI (the problems that StoreMI can create are PAINFUL)
