Looking for recommendations on PCI to NVME

Hey guys!

Anyone has experience with a PCI NVME card? 
I'm getting a new NVME drive and my 2 slots are already occupied. The drive going on the card is PCIe 3.0 (Samsung 960 pro). I'd like a low profile card so I don'T restrict airflow on my GPU.

FYI PCI and PCIE are very different. Found this on amazon.

The ASUS ones are pretty good, but they are kinda hard to find and might not be as low profile as you want.

relatively cheap and come with a little heatsink

 

or since you mention low profile this is also pretty lp

I used this one for several months before I finally got a motherboard that had M.2 slots. It worked just fine for me.

I didn't use the heatsink with it, but that's a whole other discussion.
