Whats the 2nd or 3rd best 3070?

I'm not looking at the best because the best is $650 which is the price of a 3080

Honestly just buy an FE or a TUF when prices go down. The "best" probably would be a strix or  suprim, something like that, on ln2.

i own many 3070 and they're all honestly performing ok, though i have some gripes with 30 series gpu's length in general, not just 3070

i do own some shorter cards though, and it runs warmer, but nothing too bad from my experience

 

granted... i run my card at 60-70% TDP '-' not full 100%

Of course you may, but you'll probably end up with a then current gen card realistically, so a RTXS™4060 Ti, perhaps?
