Win 10 32bit

what is the easiest way to install win10 32bit on hdd from uefi computer , I’ve tried lots of methods but sometimes when I boot from usb when I press 32bit it just freezes

Why exactly do you want Windows 10 32-bit? It only supports up to 3.5GB of RAM.

 

Can you provide the full specs of the system that you want to install Windows 10 on?

Is there any specific reason you need a 32-bit version of Windows on a modern system?

I have an old laptop with some intel pentium and 1gb of ram , I’ve tried to boot on 64bit but it freezed

With 1GB of RAM the performance would be very slow, maybe consider 7 or even XP?

I don’t have experience with xp , is it easy? Just want to learn ,

XP might be a bit too old for modern tasks though. It is easy to install though. 

One of the earliest so called "good Windows" imo.

Edit:

I don't know from where to acquire a license though. That might be the main problem.

Also getting the drivers is another problematic aspect.

I just need an os on the laptop that’s all I’m not going to daily use it , thanks for the information though

For just OS, I would pick any Linux instead of Windows. Windows, even 32bit and latest is still rather unoptimized compared to some Linux distros.
