Hey, so I'm recently planning to upgrade my rig (currently running a GTX 460 :P) and my budget is around $1500 CAD. I've come up with this build (Link below) and I was wondering if it was good to go or if I need to change anything. I'm going to go with a 750D and the rig is going to have a black/red theme. So, here's the part list:

CPU:  Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($254.79 @ DirectCanada)
CPU Cooler:  Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler  ($99.99 @ Canada Computers)

Get a 450D, H440, or R4.

If I could go back I would get the H440 or R4, I'm hating the 750D.

I would've instantly gone with a 450D if it weren't for the ugly looking front. If they made it like the other obsidian cases it would've been a no brainer for me. I'm going to go look at some reviews of the H440. Looks dazzling but I want to make sure the build quality is also as great.

GTX 460 Master Race.

But honestly why not just start out with SLI 460s and wait for Maxwell? You already have one, another one will only cost $50-60.

Same.

Even though the 750D is rated highly it isn't built that well and is starting to warp and bend with all the weight in there. It's also way to big for me and I don't absolutely love the way it looks. I would just go somewhere like Frys or Microcenter and look at it in person.

Because well, it's a 460. It struggles to run BF4 at minimum settings. And also the fact that I'm running it inside an OEM Dell PC with 4GB of DDR2 Ram and a Core 2 Quad @2.4GHz. The motherboard will probably fry anyways. It's just not worth it, I'd rather build something new and sexy.

No, I mean building a new system with a 4670K and all the other stuff, but instead of buying a GTX 770 you just buy another 460 and run them in SLI. It would actually DOUBLE your performance in BF4, and would perform quite well in pretty much every game. This way you could wait for Maxwell. And it doesn't have to be boring, you could a sexy EVGA SLI Bridge and get some nice sleeving to make the pair of 460 look AMAZING even in a modern system
