Looks like it's around 4.8°

It's mentioned the front is 2cm tall, the back is 3cm tall.

Assuming the standoffs follow the same incline that front to back follows, that means together with the 12cm depth of the board, that's a 4.764° angle:

(∠α is the angle of the case)

Of course your keycaps and their profile will affect the overall angle as well.

Hmm... That's weird. Thought it's 5 and a half or 6 even.
Here's Tofu 60 next to Poseidon 60 (Tofu on the left, Poseidon on the right).
They don't look much different. Tofu is a little bit taller but not by a whole lot. And Tofu is 7 degree though.

Might very well be.

I just went off the official spec, which mentions 2cm height on the front, 3cm height on the back and 12cm depth.

If that was changed to 1.9cm and 3.1cm heights for the front and back respectively, the angle would suddenly be 5.7°, so it depends on how precise their measurements are:

Quote

Dimension -  around 29 x 12 x 2 (front height) cm [ back height - 3 cm]

If you have calipers, you can try measuring the heights/depth and know for sure:

https://www.calculator.net/right-triangle-calculator.html

a = difference between the front and back heights (i.e. with 2cm front and 3cm back, it's 3 - 2 = 1cm difference)

b = depth of the keyboard

Just press calculate and ∠α is the result.
