Can Xilence XC044 | M504D good for 5800X or even 5900X?

Hello guys.
I was wondering if this cooler (Xilence XC044 | M504D) will be enough for Ryzen 7 5800X, or Ryzen 9 5900X?
Coolers data sheet says: TDP (W) - 180.  Here is the link .
Does someone has it, or verified its claim?
It is cheap in my local shop and that's why I am asking.

It's got three things working against: all aluminum design, only 4 heat pipes, and size/fan size.

Aluminum has only half the thermal conductivity of copper. Good air coolers will have copper plate and heat pipes. The more heat pipes, the better, and good air coolers typically have 6 for a tower design. Finally, the picture makes it look as chunky as a D15, but the fans are only 92mm, which means it's actually fairly small, just in a dual tower config. 92mm fans aren't going to move that much air, so it's really dependent on the fins being really good as losing heat. That's likely why a dual tower design was utilized, since it increases the surface area of the fins, and it comes with two fans, because one 92mm wouldn't be able to push air through it on its own.

Ultimately, it's hard to say how effective it would be in practice, but given the aluminum heat exchanger, I wouldn't count on it being enough. What qualifies as "cheap" here?

Thanks a lot for answer.
I should've said "relatively cheap", $43.37.
Can you suggest best for the buck air cooler?
I am going to buy 5800X, but I want to buy 5900X in the future, and thought about futureproofing in cooler department.
