Headphones Not working Properly

Hassan170

My headphones is the Cooler Master MH751s.

The issue is that I seem to be getting more volume from the Left side than the Right.

Any suggestions?

PC: Ryzen 5 2600, 16GB 3200mhz RAM (8GBx2), Gigabyte B550M DS3H, GTX 1050 2GB, 650W Semi-Modular PSU80+ Gold

Phone: Poco F3 8GB + 256GB

Audio: Samson SR850s

Sound Card: SoundBlaster Play 4 USB sound card

IEM: planning to get the KBEAR KS2s
Please be patient with me, I'm fatally dumb and its honestly a miracle I've made it this far

Get it fixed. PC repair shop or contact vendor? It's not covered by the warranty though. 2nd option. Get USB dac

This. Fiio is great. I have a Fiio E09K amp on my desk. Best buy ever.

Some sort of USB amp/DAC combo is gonna work great for those headphones. OP I suggest the sound blaster play or G3 if you have the budget.

PM or DM me if you have any questions about audio.

Aight i did some research. BTW I should also mention I'm in Malaysia so availabilty/MSRP is spotty.

Here are my following options in order of Cheap---->Expensive

These Budget stuff I can buy right now whereas the Higher end I'm gonna have to save/wait a while longer to buy

1. FIIO uBTR USD$29 [MYR120] (wireless dongle, no DAC functionality, USB-C)

Pros:

-The Cheapest

-Turns 3.5mm into wireless

Cons:

- no DAC functionality

2. Sound Blaster Play 3 USD$34 [MYR140] (wired DAC, USB-A , Headphone & Mic ports)

Pros:

-Also pretty cheap

- USB A works perfectly for me as my laptop doesn't have USB-C

-can upgrade with 3rd party mics?

Cons:

-No wireless functionality (for the price I don't really care)

- Ergonomics can be a bit finnicky (not a big issue)

*EXITING BUDGET REALM*

3. FiiO BTR3K (Entry-level Audiophile-grade Wireless Dongle & DAC, USB-C, Mic)

MSRP=USD$60(MYR250).

In Malaysia USD$67(MYR276) From China [Locally is USD$82(MYR340)]

Pros:

-Wireless Dongle AND DAC

-Audio quality will be upgraded massively (I currently use my phone and laptop's jacks)

-Gives me a reason to use my headphones more often.

Cons:

-Expensive yikes

- Doesn't have a clip [might] have to spend extra to get an accesscory that does

-idk fragile? (it is made of glass and I'm prone to dropping my stuff......)

4. Sound Blaster G3 (Wireless Dongle & DAC, USB-C, Gaming-Focused)

MSRP=USD$60(MYR250).

In Malaysia USD$80.49(MYR332) Import Using Amazon US is USD$75.59(MYR312)

Pros:

-Is similiar to BTR3K in terms of feature set (wireless dongle/DAC)

- Gaming Focused with game centric features (hear footsteps better etc..)

-
