I want to mute my right channel audio in davinci resolve 17.2

How do i mut only the right channel? I have a crappy mic that has a problem with the right channel and i want to mute that and just use the left as right and left (make it mono). how do I do this?

I haven't updated yet, so this is version 16. I doubt this has changed. You have couple of options. One is to select clip/track and from Mixer drag blue dot to one side only. My understanding on audio stuff is so limited that I don't know what other things in there do. The other way is to go to clip attributes, audio tab and mute the channel you want to mute. My testing didn't quite get to point where I could mute one channel and force the other as mono. But there's probably a way to do that too.

Audacity, but you will need to sync tracks again.
