Is ATX450W good enough for gtx 750? And is gtx 750 worth it from upgrading from gt 610??

A better question might be is a “goldkist” 450w PSU from nov. 2013 good for anything at all?  It’s an 8 year old PSU.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

First use some PSU tester to see is all V and A correct with that old PSU.

Second GTX 750 (not Ti version?) don't use power from PSU (from cable) so it would be nice for working.

GTX 750 is way much better than GT 610.
