Help Please!

Hello! I love the neon LTT logo that they usually use for their home screen backgrounds in videos. I would LOVE to replicate it with my own brands logo for my own computer! I would really appreciate if someone could:

1. Teach me how to do it

2. Help me get in contact with the creator of the LTT one

3. Possibly edit it for me(not expecting someone to)

Any help would be MUCH appreciated thankyou!

Step 1. Watch a free Youtube video on free editing software.

Step 2. Do it until you get good at it.
