According to PCPARTPICKER, Seasonic FOCUS Gold 750watt fits under your requirements.

It is a semi modular unit, modularity will help with cable mess.

As for better brands, any popular brand should be fine (EVGA, Corsair, Seasonic).

As for the 80+ ratings, you may want to read the forum's 80+ rating explanation.

But honestly any other brands like seasonic, Corsair is also fine

Brand =/= quality.

Any power supply maker is capable of creating ones with amazing efficiency, and crap quality. Other way around, as well - you can have power supplies with astonishing quality, but poor efficiency. No one manufacturer makes all good PSUs.

ryzen 5600X and a 3070 but i want to keep it upgradable since PSU last a long time

I would get an RM750. The FOCUS line has problems with the 30-series transient power spikes (the GPU draws a lot of power very quickly and then drops off on power consumption).

PLEASE STOP [Killing] ME I WILL GIVE Y OU ANOTHER DEAL.

650w would be absolutely fine for a 5600x and a 3700, 550w would be as well although that's near the edge of what I'd recommend depending on how heavy your workloads are. Not that you can easily get quality ATX psu's in a lower wattage anyways.

The Focus Plus transient spike problem was fixed with the revision moving from the SSR-650FX style part numbers to the GX-650 AFAIK.

I would suggest a GX-650, Amazon has one from a seller that ships from Amazon for $119.99. Newegg has them for a couple bucks less and B&H also has them for $109.99

I can't imagine there's a ton of new old stock SSR-650FX's kicking around from 2017-2019 still with how quickly PSU stock tends to move though, but you could take a slight gamble on something like this listing, who's seller is also the lowest price seller on the GX-650 on Amazon and Newegg.

I'd skip most of EVGA's offerings, they've really capitalized on pushing out lower quality power supplies at the same price as their previous models. Those GA models are really expensive for just being a low end gold unit. I don't think they even produce anything on par with the G1's and G2's that made them famous for quality psu's in the more standard enthusiast market, I imagine they still make great high end stuff but most of that's unobtainium.

Actually, upon refreshing amazon apparently they have EVGA G3's and G5's in 650w for $89.99 from Amazon. Those are much better deals.

Corsair's RM series has been solid and most people recommend them, I'm not personally familiar with the 2019 RM's but the other RM models have been really great PSUs. I generally find Corsair's PSUs overpriced compared to their competition most of the time, but at the same time they're the ones that usually in stock.

I'm not sure why the RM comes off to me as a cheap version of the RMx's or if it replaced them? I remember one of their line ups being a decent bit worse unless you bought the one with the x or i at the end, that's probably why and it wasn't the RM. Or maybe it was an RM from the past because it wasn't a 2019 model? Probably just a misconception on my part remembering a CX, CXM or some lower end psu that they don't make anymore.

Their power supply lineup can be confusing but nowhere as confusing as EVGA refreshing their lineups nearly every year then continuing to sell their previous models after they've already refreshed it twice over.

G1+ then or is was it just the G+? I remember there was something else, I remember the NEX's weren't good. I remember when they rolled out the G5 and G2's were still in stores along side some G1's, G3's and they were all priced about the same depending on sales.

I made a horrible mistake googling EVGA Supernova and found out that there's, GD, GQ and GT now along side the GA. I guess at least they stopped using the +.
