ok, i just installed AVG, and they told me that i have this file that has trojan;

threat:  torjan horse generic8_c.IJX

object name:  c:\programdata\windows service manager0\xsytzecrn.exe

and i tried to remove it, by AVG, and by hand, doesn't work...

and there's this: extended element information

and it's going through my program file(x86) folder....  (as in the extended element is going through all my .exe filem)

and everytime i wipe it, it just re-appears

and yeah....

how can i delet it?

i've just re-installed my pc, so no system restore

if you have just did a reinstall and have not broken it in, i would re install again.  if it bad enough that avg cant remove it.  if you mange to remove it will likely leave damage behind that later will cause issues.

it's not necessary that it would harm your computer. Install Malware bytes. it usually sweeps everything!

If you just reinstalled it anyways, I'd reinstall it again. Even if you manage to remove the malware, damages may very well still be left behind. If I were you, I would really reinstall everything again, and stay away from ''Free 100 games on steam'' ads... xD

Alright, so there is a few thing you should do.

Install SAS: http://www.superantispyware.com/

Run a complete scan with that, if it found anything, post the results here.

After that Install Malwarebytes: https://www.malwarebytes.org/

Run a full scan, if it found anything, post the results here.

Hope this helped.

Download MalwareBytes on other pc, place it on a USB, setup your current computer into safe mode, then launch the malwarebytes (while transfering it you should change the name, trojan could deactivate anything that has a popular anti virus name on it), if it doesnt launch you can forecefully do it, search a bit on internet about that, do a full scan, and remove the trojans, easy as that :)

PS: AVG SUCKS (i've experienced the same problem with avira and avg but not with malwarebytes)

PPS: launch your msconfig by pressing down windows key+ r and type in msconfig, go in startup/app tab and disable everything except you antivirus and driver apps, to check if anything is running again you can go press ctrl+shift+escape, that should launch your task manager, if it doesn't launch, you have a serious infection, search a bit trough windows folders until you find taskmgr.exe or something like that, fully rename it to something and antivirus shouldn't reckognize the app, so it will open and you can disable the process you think is causing the infection.

And by the way again, is your infected program a rouge? (a trojan disguising itself into a usefull programs like antivirus) or just a normal thing that infects your pc? If you answer that i might be able to trouble shoot. I am a virus expert, i once got 60 trojans and removed them all without major pc damage done ;D

Get a Mac.

*shots fired*

EDIT

Hackintosh

*shots still fired*

LoL. I can't use the internet! Better spend money on another machine that has less viruses on it.

A.k.a I bought a car but it's manual, better buy an automatic instead of learning how to use what I already have.

go into safe mode with networking and use dl and run free version of malware bytes, usually always works

If you took that literally, that's your own fault. Obviously it was a joke.

No.

Like twice in the last few years. But Apple rolls out updates quickly.

Point is, for every 10,000 PC viruses, there's one for Mac that gets to maybe a few computers

Your post just above my 1st one doesn't make it that obvious. Throwing wrong information at people with a problem is helpful. "Obviously."

Well I'm assuming because one person said 'get a mac *shots fired*', he isn't going to go out and buy one. I was trying to make a joke as to how macs have been proven to have less viruses than pcs.

Ok. I'm not being a smartass; I think we can all agree that macs do get fewer viruses than pcs. I never said they have never gotten one in The history of their existence. Maybe the 10,000 to 1 was a bit of overkill, but I was just making a factual point.

Planes have been proven to be less deadly than cars, but a plane crash still sounds much more terrifying than a car crash.

ATM, It's nothing but good marketing, and keeping up the good image of a company by flashing impressive graphs like cumulative sales, that show ultra impressive positive correlation everywhere...

If anything is a joke here, it's the company itself.

What? This turned into 'macs do have less viruses than PCs' to how Apple as a company is a giant lie?

I'm sorry, but many people do prefer macs to pcs. Microsoft isn't exactly sterling when it comes to truth and company image. Clearly it's more than just charts that impress people from Apple, or they wouldn't be selling the most popular phones and tablets in the world.
