Does Windows 10 have an option to stack taskbar shortcuts into groups?

For example my taskbar has several browsers that I use daily for work stuff. Can Windows 10 allow me to stack them on the taskbar and "enter" that "folder" to launch each one when I need it?

Perhaps like the Folder structure in the modern Start menu?

Only way I think is custom toolbars. Put them in a folder, from the taskbar make a new toolbar and point it to that folder. Example:

It doesn't exactly have folder pinning option, but you can make a new toolbar on taskbar where you can put there any shortcuts you want. For demonstration, I just made it:

Oh yeah! I remember that feature. Its drawback is that it doesn't integrate the "same browser" thing when you have several separate tabs open individually.
