Windows automaticly go my headset volume on 0%

So yesterday everything was fine until i wanted to volume down a bit all the apps but then i gone on the bar windows automaticly set the volume on 0% and it doesnt let me volume up. I tried all of my old headset,an old sound card i found on my basement and i redownloaded all the sound card drivers for my mobo. At this point  i have to say that i experience this issue only with headsets. When i tried my pc speakers everything was ok and when i plugged my pc on my tv everything were ok with the hdmi.
