Dell G3 3500 Thermal Throttling

Hi so i own a dell g3 3500 and it oftens thermal throttle and my fps in games goes down from 144 to 30-60ish fps and i have tried locking its tdp but it doesnt work any fix other than buying a new one.

My specs are

I5 10300H

GTX 1650 MOBILE

8GB RAM 2933 MHZ

1TB HDD AND 250GB SSD

Use F7 to enable the G-Mode, should enable all fans at 100%
