Just in need of some help with choosing components for my pc

This is my first time building a pc and I think I have watched multiple videos on the topic, however I am slightly over budget and I don’t know how I can reduce the cost. It would be great if someone could point my in the right direction. I am only buying my gpu once prices have returned to normal. I have uploaded my pc part picker list below. Thank you for your help

Why is your screenshot in PDF format?!  Go here and create it and then people would be more inclined to check and help (I'm not touching a .pdf from a new user) - Pick parts. Build your PC. Compare and share. - PCPartPicker

Sorry it came as a pdf when I took a screen shot of the whole page on my phone I’ll put the jpeg version here

Long phone, is long.  lol
But you could probably drop to a 16GB kit of memory and taper down to a 1TB HDD, other than that in all it is a solid build and in all you have found decent deals on those priced components.  The 3070 is going to be a PITA to source at a real price worth paying (IMO only $100 over MSRP - give or take VAT/Tarrifs).

Thank you for your help. I’m willing to wait up to a year for prices to drop I don’t need a graphics card at the moment and I have found it at curry’s for £500 but I expect it to be out of stock for a very long time. I’ll take look at some smaller hdds and will look at some smaller ram modules. Again, thank you for your help
