my headset broke recently, so i have no headset rn but is this one good?

No, get a pair of cooler master MH752 if that fits your budget. Or the MH751 since they are a bit cheaper.

Yes. I prefer the X model for the Blue Voice addition (improves the microphone significantly with an alright DSP) but otherwise, solid.

The g pro isn't too bad at this price. Long term comfort is bad. But there are headsets I personally prefer. It's an ok headset  resent mic ok sound if you just need something for pretty cheap these aren't bad

The 752's have a USB dongle which has better quality than your onboard sound. You can also use a headphone amp/DAC later if you wanna upgrade etc.
